Last updated 8 August 2026. By using pestcontrolservicedallastx.net you accept the terms below. They are short because the relationship is simple: we publish information and route calls, and somebody else does the work.

1. Who performs the work

We work only with independent pest control operators licensed by the Texas Department of Agriculture, and they carry out every treatment. To be precise about what that means: we connect you with those operators, and we do not carry out treatment ourselves. We hold no pesticide applicator licence and operate no equipment. Any company we put you through to is an independent third party — not our employee, agent, subsidiary or partner. It sets its own prices, schedules, methods, products, insurance and warranty terms, and any contract for work is between you and that company. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for the quality, timeliness, pricing or outcome of any work performed, nor for any loss arising from it. Satisfy yourself about licensing and insurance before authorising work.

3. Information is general, not advice

Everything we publish is general information about pest control in Dallas. It is not professional advice about your property, and it cannot substitute for an inspection by a licensed operator.

In particular, nothing we publish is medical advice. Content relating to bites, stings, allergic reactions or disease risk is general background only. For any medical concern, contact a clinician, an emergency service or a poison control centre. Nothing here is legal advice either, including material about inspections, reports, leases or contracts.

4. Prices

Any figures we publish are typical local ranges intended to help you judge a proposal. They are not quotes, not offers, and not binding on any operator. Only an operator that has inspected your property can price the work.

5. No outcome promised

Pest control manages populations in an environment that continues to contain them. Nothing we publish should be read as a promise that any pest will be permanently removed, that a treatment will produce a particular result, or that any warranty exists. Warranty and re-treatment terms are offered by operators, and should be obtained in writing from them.

6. Products and labels

We do not select, supply or apply any pesticide. Statements about products, application or re-entry belong to the applicator and to the EPA-registered product label, which is the legal instruction governing use of that product. We characterise no product as safe or otherwise.

7. Calls

We route calls to our number to independent operators, and they may be recorded for quality and training purposes. See the privacy policy.

8. External links

We link to third-party sources including government agencies and university extension services. We do not control those sites and their content is their own.

9. Intellectual property

The text, diagrams and layout are our own work. The diagrams are original illustrations we produced for these pages. Reproduction in bulk without permission is not permitted; quoting with attribution and a link is fine.

10. Availability

We provide this site as it is, without a promise of uninterrupted availability or of freedom from error. Our pages carry review dates so it is clear how current they are, and we welcome factual corrections.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
