- How many visits does the quote include, and what does a further visit cost?
- What is included beyond the treatment — inspection, clean-up, sealing, follow-up?
- What product will be used, and what does its label say about re-entry and ventilation?
- What are the terms if the problem persists inside the covered period, and are they in writing?
- For termite work: is this a treatment, an ongoing agreement, or both — and does the agreement transfer if I sell?
A company that answers all six plainly is usually a company worth using. One that gets vague around licensing or written terms is telling you something.
