Who does the work

Independent local companies. In Texas, structural pest control businesses and their applicators are licensed by the Texas Department of Agriculture, and any company treating your property should be able to produce a current licence and proof of insurance on request. Ask for both. You can verify independently through texasagriculture.gov.

Each operator sets its own prices, its own schedule, its own choice of products and its own terms for any warranty or termite agreement. We have no part in any of that and no visibility into your invoice.

Anything published here is general information about pest control in Dallas. It is not advice about your specific property, and it cannot substitute for an inspection by a licensed operator.

What we will not do

• No reviews or testimonials. You will not find one anywhere on our pages, real or otherwise, and there are no star ratings in our markup. We have never performed a treatment, so we have no honest basis for a review, and inventing them is both deceptive and unlawful.
• No product safety claims. You will not read that any treatment is safe, non-hazardous or suitable around children and pets. Those claims are prohibited for pesticides and, more to the point, we neither select nor apply the product. Questions about a specific product belong to the applicator and to the EPA-registered product label, which is the legal instruction for how it may be used.
• No promises about outcomes. We never describe a pest as permanently eliminated. Any warranty or re-treatment terms are the operator's to offer and yours to get in writing.
• No medical claims. Mosquito treatment reduces mosquitoes. It is not a health intervention, and nothing we publish should be read as advice about disease, bites or stings. Those questions belong to a clinician or to Dallas County Health and Human Services.
• No fake address. We have no premises in Dallas, so we claim none, and there is no Google Business Profile pretending otherwise. Our structured data declares an area served and no street address, because that is what is true.
• No prices. The ranges we publish are typical local figures to help you judge a proposal. They are never quotes, and we cannot give you one.

Where the information comes from

The entomology we publish follows extension material, principally from Texas A&M AgriLife's urban and structural entomology programme, which is the authoritative public source for Texas pests. Mosquito surveillance information comes from Dallas County Health and Human Services. Pesticide and bed bug material comes from the US Environmental Protection Agency. Licensing information comes from the Texas Department of Agriculture. Soil information comes from the USDA. Every guide lists its sources and carries a review date.

Our guides are written by our editorial team. There is no named author because there is no named individual behind them, and inventing a credentialed expert would be the same kind of fabrication as inventing a review. Where a question needs genuine professional judgement — a diagnosis, a clinical question, a legal question about a lease or a contract — we say so and point you elsewhere.

Calls and recording

Calls placed to our number may be recorded for quality and training purposes, and call routing data is recorded. What is collected and how it is handled is set out in the privacy policy.

Corrections

If something here is wrong or out of date, we want to know. Every guide carries a published and last-reviewed date so it is clear how current the page is, and you can send factual corrections through our contact page.
